Victoria Secret has made a lot of models embark on a lot of diet control and hard work when preparing for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Models performing at Victoria Secret Fashion Show said they had to follow strict eating habits and exercise routines before stepping onto the runway. Some people reduce their carbohydrate intake and rely on the cleanliness of the juice, although it should be noted that such methods are not always healthy.

“After breakfast, I also eat about 20 grams of raw dark chocolate every day to provide energy. Raw dark chocolate has many good fats and other nutrients that are good for the body and mind.”
However, when she stayed at the hotel, the model would choose “avocado boiled eggs and cold American coffee.”
