7. Hip flexor strain

If the pain, symptoms, and reduced activity persist after two weeks, the person should seek physical therapy to control pain and swelling and give instructions in specific hip strengthening exercises to regain strength, range of motion, and movement.
6. ACL Tear or Stretch/Strain
The ACL, the anterior cruciate ligament, is one of the most important stabilizing ligaments of the knee. The most common cause of sports injuries with an ACL load is slowing down and trying to cut, swivel, or change direction. Ligaments on the inside of the knee are often torn due to the ACL injury, making it a devastating event.

Complaints of instability when walking or cornering, as well as increased knee swelling, are common ACL tear symptoms. 3. Common Sports injuries – Hamstring strain
