Who is Steve Jobs?
Steve Jobs was an American-born technology inventor and founder of apple fruit iPod, iPad, iphone and MacBook. He was born in San Francisco in 1955. Two college students Joanne Schieble and Syrian-born John Young Daly. They were both unmarried at the time, and Steven was given up for adoption.
Stephen was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, whom he considered to be his biological parents. Steven’s father, Paul, encouraged him to experiment with electronics in their garage. This has led to a lifelong interest in electronics and design.
Jobs attended a local school in California and later attended Reed College in Portland, Oregon. His education is characterized by excellent test results and potential. However, he struggled with formal education, and his teacher reported that he was a minority.
At Reed College, he attended a calligraphy class that fascinated him. He later said the course played an important role in Apple’s multi-fonts and pro-sized fonts.

In 1974, Jobs traveled to India in search of spiritual enlightenment along with Daniel Kotek. They went to the monastery of Neem Karoli Baba in Kainchi. In the months of India, he was aware of the spiritual philosophy of Buddhism and the East. At this time, he also experimented with psychedelic drugs;he later commented that these counter-cultural experiences were instrumental in giving him a broader perspective on life and business.

In 1991, he married Lauren Powell, and together they had three children and lived in Palo Alto, California.
In 2003, he was diagnosed with pancreatic Cancer. In the years that followed, jobs struggled with health issues and was often forced to delegate Apple fruit’s run to Tim Cook. In 2009, he received a liver transplant, but two years later returned with serious health problems.
He worked intermittently at Apple fruit until August 2011, where he finally retired to focus on his deteriorating health. He died of complications of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, cardiac arrest occurred on October 5, 2011 in Palo Alto, California.
In addition to his early interest in Eastern religions, jobs expressed an agnostic sentiment.
