Who is Mercy Aigbe ?
Mercy Aigbe was born on January 1, 1978, she’s is a Nigerian movie actress, director and businesswoman. She is famous for her Yoruba Aboriginal films.
Mercy Aigbe Early life
She was born in Edo Prefecture on January 1, 1978. She is from Benin, the capital of Edo Prefecture. She is the second child of a family of five. She attended Ikeja, a Maryland comprehensive middle school in Lagos. She is also an alumnus of Ibadan Institute of Technology in Oyo State, where she earned an OND degree in financial studies and then a degree in drama art from the University of Lagos.
She earned a degree in drama art from the University of Lagos in 2001 and fully joined the industry in 2006. She founded the Mercy Aigbe Gentry School of Drama in 2016.

Mercy Aigbe Personal life
In 2013, Mercy Aigbe married Nigerian hotel – owner Lanre Gentry with two children (Juwon Gentry and Michelle Aigbe ) and three stepdaughters.
In 2017, she shared a picture of herself after she was allegedly beaten by her husband. As a result of her allegations of domestic violence, she separated from her husband and began a campaign against domestic violence.
Mercy Aigbe purchased a new luxury home worth 200 million in 2018.
